These terms govern use of the MededAI educational simulation platform.
MededAI is an educational simulation platform. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, institutional policy, or real-world medical advice. Users remain responsible for their decisions and communications.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or use MededAI for unlawful, abusive, or non-educational purposes.
Text messaging is optional and is never required to create an account or use MededAI. If you voluntarily opt in at mededai.com/consent by providing a phone number and agreeing to receive messages, MededAI may send paging-simulation and case-link texts. You may receive up to 10 messages per exercise day; message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MededAI is provided without warranties and liability for indirect or consequential damages is limited.
