MededAI
This policy explains how MededAI handles personal information for the educational clinical simulation platform.
We collect the information needed to provide MededAI access and operate the platform, such as your name, email address, account password, and activity inside the service. If you use the consent form, we may also collect your phone number and consent details.
We use this information to create accounts, authenticate users, deliver case experiences, track progress, generate reports, send support communications, and send case-link or paging messages when a user has explicitly consented.
MededAI uses trusted service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, database, email, authentication, and AI providers needed to simulate clinical conversations. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
Signing up for MededAI text messages is optional and is never a condition of creating an account or using the service. If you opt in at mededai.com/consent, you may receive up to 10 messages per exercise day; message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and are not shared with third parties for any purpose except as needed to deliver the messages you requested (for example, our SMS delivery provider).
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the platform. We keep data only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and maintain records of consent and account activity.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting support. If you no longer want paging-style texts, you can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting support.
